HARLEQUIN HAT

 

Now we are going to make a hat so that you can use it at a party.

 

 

Materials:

Red, yellow and sky blue balloons n. 270

Pump to inflate balloons

 

Procedure:

Inflate the 4 balloons so that they are 3/4 of their capacity.

 

Tie a knot in the balloons that you have inflated.
