MATERIALS NEEDED TO MAKE BALLOON FIGURES

 

We will make a dog.

Pump to inflate balloons

1 yellow balloon n.260

1 permanent black marker

 

Take the pump.

Inflate the yellow balloon so that it is 3/4 full, as you can see in the photos.

Inflate it slowly.
