Empty the
gel into the glass.
Be extremely
careful because sometimes the gel can spill out and we have to try
not to burn ourselves.
Don't try
and remove any gel that spills out as it is hot. It is best to wait
until it has cooled down and then remove it.
(If gel
falls on you, use cold water to remove it and if you burn yourself
apply a burn cream).

The good
thing about this gel is that it is easy to manipulate. You have to
be careful though, not to burn yourself, as you would if you were
making a soup.
