Holidays

In China, the time people take their annual leave depends on where they work. Children have their school winter holidays (in January and February) and their summer holidays (in June, July and August).

On the 1st May, the Chinese usually have a long bank holiday and they have a 7 day break.

On the 1st October, Chinese National Holiday, they usually have another 7 day break.

In the sping holiday, everybody takes from 7 days to one month off. This is the most important holiday in China, and when the Chinese have the most holiday days.
