EXERCISE 2: OUTLINING
Here is another exercise to help you
overcome the tendency of the left hempishere taking control.
This exercise is designed to prevent you
drawing symbols, schemes and to make you capable of capturing exactly
what you have in front of your eyes.
With this exercise we want you to
disconnect and concentrate. Given that the left hemisphere loves order,
schemes, what is known and what is rational. We are going to try and
get it to confront its absurd tangle of lines that it can not register
and pass the control to the right hemisphere. Once we have woken up the
right hand side we can become good drawers.
The
posture that we adopt to carry out this exercise is more or less what
you can observe in the drawing on the right.

We
are going to draw all of the lines in the hand. Try and invisage the
hand as wrinkled as possible.
