EXERCISE 3: CONTOURS AND SPACES

In order to clearly illustrate what I am refering to when I speak about mental schemes that are inserted into our perception of reality, we are going to carry out this exercise.

We are going to draw a cat.
Think about a cat, I'm sure that an image will pop into your head, like the one that I have drawn on the right hand side. An animal sat down on all fours, a long body, etc.

How a real gat looks is completly different. To start with, its posture completly changes the silhouette of the animal.
