Desired Service

Factors that effect the desired service.

The desired service, the expectations regarding specific consumer preferences fundamentally depend on:

1. Personal needs. The specific needs that will shape certain desires and therefore the clients preferences relating to a specific service.

2. Personal influences. Influenced by the commentaries of other people or by their own personal experiences. A clients own personal experiences and information influences the service that they desire.

Previous experiences, information and promises not only effect the expected service but also the desired service.
