Data Base Management

If you want to give a personalized customer service and different CRM solutions, the company will need a data base available to them which provides precise and detailed information on each client.

There is a great variety of information that could be interesting for marketing reasons like: information about buying behaviour, behaviour before buying, financial aspects, attitudes and perceptions, communication of post sale history and a lot more.

Having a precise data base at hand, allows me to define groups and carry out specific marketing for every group. It is also very important to have a data base that analyzes the profitability of the different client segments.
