The wings
and the rear stabilizers are the most difficult parts to put together.
With both current and old planes, these pieces need to be perfectly
symmetrical, otherwise one side of the plane will be higher than the
other and this will create a negative effect.
There are
hundreds of ways to get the parts symmetrical. One of the ways, is
the one that you see in the photo: to get both of the stabilizers
at the same height we put them on two tins of the same paint. On top
of them we put another two tins of paint so as to exert weight on
the stabilizers.
