ADDING THE TRANSFERS (3)

 

As you can see from the photos, it is important to cut around the transfers. Then you need to put them into luke-warm water for 30 seconds and then when you get them out of the water they will slip off easily for their backing.

At this moment the transfers still have glue on them (if we don't take this off it will ruin our model). What I do is put the transfer onto glass with water and I try to remove the excess glue this way.

Dampen a brush with liquid glue (MICRO SET) and brush it over the area where we want to glue the transfer.

 

You can see this being done in the previous photo. As we have already varnished the aeroplane, it looks as if the liquid glue forms into little drops. This doesn't matter, the transfer will glue well.
