Look for more complicated objects, so that you can improve and gain confidence.

Always start by reducing the difficult shapes into more simple ones: circles, ellipses. Look carefully at the inclination of the curves. And measure with a pencil or brush extending your arm with your elbow firm and closing one eye. Rest your thumb where the distance ends and transfer it to the paper.

Relate some measurements with others so that the object does not get disproportionate.
