how to act.

and alternatives.

makes decisions and starts new projects and activities when he considers
it necessary.

his own contexts where he can use his skills.

takes responsibility of his actions and recognises the results and
the consequences of them.

open to opportunities that are presented to him and he provokes them.

creates realistic objectives and works towards them.

is pro-active instead of being reactive. This means he creates and
acts spontaneously according to his convictions and motivations instead
of limiting himself to responding to external stimulation.

conscious that he is in a learning process and he doesn’t get
disheartened when he makes mistakes or experiences failure.
