We are
now going to talk about a company's dynamics, as being dynamic can
create important profits for a company. In the graph below, you can
see that the knowledge a company has is very important. However, what
is more important is that a company has knowledge and that they know
how to use it at the right moment.
A company
should be dynamic, that's to say, it should be able to adapt rapidly
to the changes in the competitive environment, be able to transform
threats into opportunities and weaknesses into strengths.
If the
company sees a sign that the conditions in the environment are going
to change, they have a time margen which allows them to be dynamic.
They need to change quicker and more efficiently than the competitors.
If this is the case, when there is a change in the conditions, the
company will be prepared to deal with it and compete in the new conditions,
whilst the company's that are not able to adapt will not be able to
compete.
