The company
already has basic capacities. They are defined as "coordination
skills and the mobilization of resources that generate competitive
advantages (income)". We can translate competitive advantage
as the organization's economically beneficial results which are generated
as a result of the company's resources working together (stocks, shares).
However,
the same happens with the basic capacities as with the organiztions's
routines that we previously mentioned. A risk exists, as these basic
capacities become very rigid and difficult to change if they are not
renewed; the same happens with a routine, as they are very difficult
to change when you find yourself settled in an organization.
