20. PHYSICAL TECHNIQUES FOR MASSAGES USING ESSENTIAL OILS (Continued).

SELF-MASSAGES.

Performs self-massages after you get up in the morning. This will stimulate you throughout the day.

Begin by giving yourself a massage with your hands closed in a fist. Use your knuckles to free your mind and allow blood flow to reach your scalp.

Continue with your neck, shoulders, temples and forehead, cheeks and jaw to stimulate your facial muscles.

NEVER, NEVER.....

What you should never forget:

- Do not perform these massages during the first three months of pregnancy.

-  If your skin has warts, furuncle (boil), or herpes, do not massage the affected skin.

- Do not massage or press over varicose veins.

- Do not massage over swollen skin nor over open wounds.
