Scapular Stitch and its variants. (Continued)

In this variation, we work the Scapular Stitch in a closer manner, no space between stitches.

NOTE: In the same manner, we can decorate it using a thread of the same colour or another colour to achieve contrast.

Another variant of the Scapular Stitch is making a row of Scapular Stitches, but instead of making it in a horizontal pass top and bottom to the left, we group the threads of the fabric vertically downward leaving some space between the stitch and the top and bottom stitches.

We can make a new row in a contrasting colour if we like, stitching it really close to the first row. Then, we make a third row passing the thread under the tilted thread of the first pass of the Stitch. This third stitch is made using thread the same colour as the first pass, or you can use another contrasting colour.

This is another variation. We stitch 2 rows of Scapular Stitch leaving ample spaces between horizontal stitches and where the crosses of both stitches join. We link them with a small flat horizontal Stitch which can also be done with a different coloured thread.
