Exposure
The next 3 photographs are an example of the same scene shot using 3 different exposures.
As you can see, the light and exposure in these 3 photographs is the same. The only thing that varies a bit is depth of field. In the first photograph (f/5.6 at 1/160) there is less depth of field than in the third photograph (f/11 at 1/40).
