Diagram of process analysis.

It is the graphical representation of the trajectory in the manufacturing of a product or activities. In it, all actions to be carried out are shown through the use of corresponding symbols.

Symbolism is used to show actions such as "transport", "operation", "inspection", "delay" and "storing" or "archiving".

Flow diagram - flowchart.

A flow diagram has many similarities with the diagram of process analysis, except that this refers actions of administrative character, and it uses symbols such as: beginning or ending of flow, activity, document, decision or alternative, archive, page connector and connector.

Forecasts.

They are conjectures on a future situation, considering that certain known data become present. It is an opinion about what may happen taking as base past information.

Conjectures are probable judgments of something through indications or observations.
A premise is a proposal that contains a brief description of the cause and result that can be obtained, when a determined alternative is put to practice.

One of the methods used to forecast is Minimum Squares, through which the mean relationship between two or more variables is calculated in quantities. It is used to try to know future data based on past data.

The Increasing Method studies any increase (negative or positive) which have been emerging in relation to previous periods. Then, an arithmetic average of the increase in percentages is calculated and the final result is applied adding it to the result of the present period.

Finally, the Tendency Method studies the trends that become visible in previous results, taking into the analysis the reference year and the result obtained that year.

The above-mentioned methods can be found in any statistics book for further detail in their development.
