To know when our dough is ready, we need to see that the dough no longer sticks to the frying pan as we stir it.

Another way of knowing if our dough is ready is to pour our dough into a bowl. This will show us if it's no longer sticking to the pan.

Once the dough is ready, we pour it into a bowl or container to cool down. WE can now remove the peppermint.
