Our dough is beginning to become loose. It doesn't stick so much anymore.
Once it is ready, remove it from the pan into a bowl to let it cool down.
In this picture, you can see the proper result: the pan should be clean. If it still sticks to the pan when you are pouring it to the bowl, return it to the pan and continue stirring. You cannot stop stirring.
