CHICKEN, EGG AND NUTMEG CROQUETTES(3)

We stir the dough constantly (non stop) using low heat. The same as with the previous croquettes, it is important not to stop stirring our dough.

We stir until the mixture is free of globs. We take the nutmeg and scrape it with a knife. We add a little to our mixture.
