CHICKEN, HAM AND PEPPERMINT CROQUETTES (3).

Now, we will prepare the chicken. We will do the same thing we did with the onion: chop it ourselves with a knife or we can use a food processor. In this case, I have used a food processor. As I mentioned before, it renders a more consistent result.

We add the chicken to the onions we were frying previously. Stirring continuously, we mix it with the onion. We fry the chicken until it reaches a golden colour, but be careful not to burn it and spoil the chicken.
