HAM AND PARSLEY CROQUETTES(2)

We fry the onion in the same way as we have done so far. We add chopped ham pieces (small pieces) and then we add the parsley.

We cut the stem of the parsley and we discard it. We chop the leaves thoroughly.

We add the chopped parsley leaves and continue stirring it. From this point on, the process is the same as in the other types of croquettes we have done previously.

This is the way our finished croquettes look like. Generally, croquettes we won't eat can be frozen to be used some other time.
