1 helping: 533 calories, 10,4 gr. of carbohydrates, 66,45 gr. of proteins, 24,3 gr. of fat

Procedure
Clean the sausage stuffing (any hard parts it may have) with a sharp knife. Cut it in a spiral shape.

Add salt and pepper to the meat and cover it with the fillets of smoked steak. Then, place the peas, the sweet red pepper (cut into cubes or strips), the cheese (in cubes) and the basil (chopped) on top.
Roll it carefully and tie it with a strong string.
Wrap it in aluminium paper and put it in the oven (very hot) for 20 minutes. Turn it around once in a while.
Lower the temperature to 180º and let it cook. You'll know it's ready when after sticking a fork, it goes in easily.
Approximately for 30 or 40 minutes.
15 minutes before taking it out of the oven, remove the aluminium paper and finish baking it like this.
Take it out of the oven. Let it sit for 10 minutes and then cut it into slices.
It can be served both hot or cold with a salad
