COMMON DENOMINATORS

Imagine we have the numbers 15 and 18 Do they have common denominators?
In this case, common means that it is the same for both numbers: 15 and 18.

We will break down 15 and 18:

The numbers 15 and 18 have a common denominator or factor which is 3.
