Lesson 17: SEPARATE LINES (1)

When you are learning to draw you need to do lots of sketches. You can sketch anything that is around you. The sketches aren't going to be perfect, we don't want them to be, but this is how you learn how to draw and copy things that you see everyday.
Let's begin. We are going to use a bottle from one of my shelves as a model. Take a piece of charcoal and draw a horizontal line horizontally going down.

Slightly incline to the right and draw downwards, drawing the side: with a few lines we can paint the figure. We can draw the base with a fine line. What we have just drawn can be used as the shadow.
