23. CUT FANS (2).
Another fan design is done by cutting its leaf in the shape of peak to paint them.
On this picture, you can see up closely how I cut it. This is not difficult at all since the fabric is soft and so are the segments (sticks).
Be careful not to cut the fabric completely because the fan will BREAK if there is nothing that holds the segments.
