24. GENTLEMANS' FAN (1).
Men also use hand fans, but in a smaller number. A gentleman's hand fan is usually smaller than that of a lady.
Almost the entire fan is made up of its segments (sticks) and its leaf (outer circle, often made of fabric) is very small - approximately, 1 cm. You can use any theme you like to paint it. However, it can't be too big or it won't fit.
Its segments are also decorated. On the other hand, segment decoration is not often recommended since it doesn't last much because of its use. They can be painted using the same type of paint, or oil paint.
We begin painting them in the same manner as the other fans.
