a) With the imperative

c) Indirect style
Modal verbs can also be used to express the imperative with indirect style
You use sollen to repeat an order.
You use mögen to repeat a request.

| Er sagte mir ich, ich solle mich nicht ärgern. |
| He asked me not to get angry |
