Arbeitserfahrungen

Work Experiences

Its night time. Thomas, Hans, Andreas and Daniel are sat at the bar and they talk about thier jobs. Thomas is a workman, Hans is a bus driver, Andreas has a small food shop and Daniel is a fireman. They are from the same neighbourhood and they have known each other since their childhood. They all went to the same school. Today all of them except Hans still live in the same neighbourhood. Hans lives in the countryside. Today they are all stressed because of their jobs.

Thomas: Today I have been in the house of a crazy client. I had to do some work in her kitchen. The lady had invited people for lunch and she wanted me to work faster. She wanted to start cooking. She is crazy. She invites people over the day that she has to have her kitchen fixed. If I were self-employed I would have gone.

Hans: In the bus I often meet idiots. The school kids are often noisy and throw crisps on the floow. Today I met an older man that wanted compensation because the bus arrived 10 minutes late. I explained to him that the centre had been cut off but he didn't care.

Andreas: And the young lady that came today to my shop! She started a scandal because the frozen pizza wasn't like the pizza from Italy.

Daniel: Today some 10 year old boys played a joke on us. They called us saying that there was a fire in the street. We quickly arrived and it wasn't true. They children had invented it because they wanted to meet some authentic firemen.
