The two that are running can not go under the participants arms, and they can only run in the direction of the street or avenue. The monitor should sit infront of everyone indicating if the participants should form a street or an avenue. The monitor will shout either "street" or "avenue". The monitor can change the direction as many times as he likes. As soon as the other member has been caught the game stops and someone else can have a go.
