4.- CHARACTERISCS OF THE GROUP

ESTABLISHING THE RULES

The coordinator should establish a series of  behavioural rules for the GROUP. Rules that promote reaching proposed objectives, respect for colleagues and the development of the GROUP as a whole. The coordinator should guide the establishment of these rules and ensure that the goup members consider and accept these rules as there own, bearing in mind that the spirit of the rules does not follow any other objective other than the adequate running of the GROUP.

These rules can sirve, amongst other things, to solve conflicts which may begin to appear when members gain confidence with the rest of the Group. The GROUP should not see a conflict as a negative aspect, but should approach it in a positive way and look for its solution, and convert the threalt into an opportunity to strengthen the group in the light of the new objectives and activities.
