ADVICE FOR THE GROUP COORDINATOR
The coordinator usually assumes the role of
Group leader. The coordinator (or animator) animates. He takes
advantages of situations that come uo and tries to resolve any
difficulties. He has seven eyes and he tries to predict behaviour and
answer. He is a friend, but he never abandons his role as coordinator.
He should have the followin psychological profile.

He is open and is not dogmatic.

He is sociable

He es a collaborator and nort a protagonist

He is democratic and not authoritarian

He has resources
-
He is sensitive to other people's feelings (because he knows perfectly
well that the group is made out of real people), he is not clumsy.
Now I am going to list some advice that can be useful for a coordinator.
The list is not conclusive, as the coordinator will learn from himself and from teh rest of the GROUP members.

Be a person and bear in mind that the group is made out of real people. The group members are very important.

Be patient, have self control and try to criticize yourself, especially when the group is first formed and during its growth..

Show willing, dynamism and movement.

Always respect team members and promote respect amongst the Group.

Create the dialogue and participation of the GROUP.

Value the people, their effort, opinions, work, sacrificie.

Consciously prepare the activities beforehand with the GROUP members.

Try to educate and make the people in the group better people.

DO NOT create differences between the group's members.
