Lesson 11ª

Let's begin painting using a Pop Surrealism style.

As you have probably noticed, there is more that one shape. Each author comes from a world, either from academic art, graffiti or illustration. They express themselves in different manners. This is why we will do several examples using different styles.

We will begin with a simple image resembling the style of Yositomo Nara. This Japanese author expresses himself through a childish and innocent style. His paintings are filled with large headed children with a wicked look or dogs which vaguely look like humans.

I'll begin by sketching the theme with a pencil.
