I join the volumes I drew, I erase the auxiliary lines, and I add detail:

The "chubby" boy is finished.

 

The next character is a boy with an athletic body.

When drawing the skeleton, I make its shoulders wider.

Thus, the visible volume of the trunk is higher. His chest will be wider. His hips, however, will be normal in size.
