To draw fingers, you have to take into consideration that the thumb is thicker than the rest. Toes are placed following a curve; they are not aligned straight nor they have the same height.
Anyway, you don't have to detail all of them all the time since most characters are wearing shoes. Thus, you just have to worry about sketching their posture and coherent size before adding shoes.
