A variation of the previous expression, this time with closed eyes; a happy-evil smile.
The image below represents total fury. Her eyes are angled (roughed out) and her pupils become (seem) smaller. Her eye brows are raised or each end and her cheeks are burning.
Pay close attention to her mouth; it is open as if she is screaming or yelling at someone. To add an exaggerated detail, her fangs have been sharpened as if she represented a wild animal at that moment.
A final touch: add an "X" to represent a vein about to explode on her forehead. You will see this often in Manga style drawing.
