Lesson 24 ª

Applying raised detail

Raised detail, as we mentioned in the previous lesson, adds volume to some specific areas we want to highlight.

This material comes in the form of glue, but we can apply it with a wood stick or using the bottle directly.

We apply the raised detail on the beaks.

Let it dry.

We shouldn't spread this material. It should be left to dry where it stands to create the proper raised effect.

The areas in which we applied the raised detail shouldn't be touched until they are dry.

If you want it to be raised a bit more, you can add a second coat once the previous raised detail is dry.
