As you can see in the painting, we have located and painted almost the entire canvas using different vertical strokes. These will mark the prairie and tall grass. We have also marked the road using horizontal strokes.

By mixing the colour of the road with a little green, we will get a new colour which we will use to add depth to the field and we will add some strokes at the base of the mountain to add some shades to it.

The line of tall grass located next to the right of the road can be shaded with the same tone from bottom to top, mixing it with the green.

With the same colour and horizontal strokes, we mark the right side of the road (the right lane).
