Painting on Wood Course
This course has been created by the renowned Internacional artist Rocio Galindo
She has a Bachelor of Arts in the field of graphic design and engraving.
She has had a solid academic education, including experience using a computer as a tool to design and draw
She is especially interested in the world of illustrating: editorial, children’s stories, comics, fashion pictures and naturalistic works.
The images where beauty and expressivity join are my favourites and I feel satisfied when my work gives the feeling of being alive, about to move.
That’s why you won’t find among my paintings and drawings a lot of scenery pieces or still-life word, but a lot of animals, children, monsters ....
Here are some of my works, carried out using different techniques and with different styles, amongst them some drawings using photoshop and corel-draw

Painting on Wood Course
Decorating wooden furniture is a great tradition. This tradition can be used to embellish the home environment. It is a tradition that exists in all cultures. In every country, sometimes in every region, they have designed their own style. Some have crossed boarders, establishing themselves as very popular craft workers. This happened, for example, with the Provencal style furniture characterized through flowers, (roses, branches, garlands) or with the American country style, which was developed from the Dutch Pennsilvanian style, brought by the immigrants from north Europe and which it is characterized by its colours, ingenuity in the drawing and richness of the images
