Now, it's time to work on our clams. We have to clean them thoroughly with abundant water. We can use fresh or canned clams. Then, we add them to the casserole.
We add a glass of white wine and season it.
We add the mussels (with their shells removed).
We stir. We can see how the clams are beginning to open up little by little.
