Our "sauce" is thickening. This is actually the result we should be getting.
Now, we will use the water we got from boiling the prawn shells. We measure three glasses and add them to the casserole. If we don't have three glasses, we can complement this with regular water.
Now, we measure the amount of rice we will use: one glass of rice for the three glasses of water we poured in.
We must add the rice after the water in our casserole begins to boil.
