Now, we will work on the mussels. First, we need to boil them in water with salt. We pour abundant water with salt to a pot. When its starts boiling, we pour the mussels in. We must wait for them to open.
Once they are open and boiled, we take them out and let them dry.
We separate 6 or 7 mussels we will later use as decoration. We remove the shells to all the others. Se the image below.
