add white rubble on top of the red rubble.
This will
create a contrast in the colours and also help the plant absorb water.
Add the
rubble with your hands.
Define
a circle around the rose's stem and go around the circle with thicker
red rubble.
Roses aren't
very demanding when it comes to soil. They generally adapt to what
they have. However, if we want good results, it is important to bear
in mind that they prefer sandy loam soil. The soil should be rich
in organic material and with good internal and external drainage system.
