Painting a landscape (1)

 

Now lets paint a landscape

To do this, draw the landscape using charcoal.

Then go over the areas with paint heavily diluted with turpentine.

Using the spatula try and form the background and create the mountains.

Mark the houses of the town and the roofs with different tones of ochre diluted down.

Now, mark out the area of the grove with a stronger green colour, to give the idea of proximity and therefore, depth when compared to the town.
