Chain Stitch (Continued)
ROMANTIC CHAIN. One of the most curious variants in the romantic chain. It is different from the simple Chain Stitch as long as the exit stitch and the entry stitch are separated from one another. Thus, the stitch is formed by square links. When we make them, we need to be careful that the separation between the exit stitch and the entry stitch have the same width and length on each link.
LINKED CHAIN. It is also known as the Sienna Stitch. We begin by making vertical stitches, the necessary for the design of the Embroidery, being careful that the separation between Stitches is always the same. The, we make a second row pulling the needle out from under the first vertical stitch, placing the thread underneath. As a result, the second stitch grabs the thread on top forming a Stitch similar to a snake. We do the same when we execute it to the opposite direction.
