KNOTTED CHAIN.
It is done in the same way as a simple chain, but, instead of inserting the needle through the spot where it came out, it is done a few threads above and slightly to the left, entering, as a result, outside the lace.
Another variant is to embroider a chain line with two threads of different colour and using 2 needles and in an alternate manner, in other words, making a chain in one colour then another in a different colour.
CHAIN IN THE SHAPE OF A TREE. It is done by making a tilted chain from left to right and from top to bottom. Then, we make a flat stitch in the same direction, the same size as the previous chain. Then, we insert the needle to the right, in a tilted manner and upwards, the same height as the previous stitch. We make another Chain Stitch and another flat Stitch going down and to the left repeating the procedure until we form the chain in the shape of a tree.
