CHICKEN, HAM AND PEPPERMINT CROQUETTES (18).

We place a few croquettes into our frying pan.

Using a wooden cooking fork, turn them around. You will notice how the croquettes will turn golden as we fry them.

When they are ready, remove them from the frying pan and eliminate the excess oil by placing them over a kitchen paper tissue. This will absorb the excess. With this, we have finished our croquettes.
