border with running stitch forming peaks continued
We turn the fabric around and begin embroidering the other part of the row we are missing inserting the needle at the point in which we began the embroidery
We continue embroidering until we finish the part of the row we were missing.
This is the finished embroidery.
This is the first row of the finished border
When we finish the embroidery, we turn the fabric around, we grab the thread and we cut it
Here are the 2 ends of the embroidery as seen at the back of the fabric.
NOTE: This procedure of beginning the embroidery at the between is only done for the first row in order to centre the embroidery itself.
Now, we change the colour of the thread and we pull the needle out leaving a space between the first basting we have embroidered.
we begin embroidering the second row, as always, sliding the needle between the weave of the fabric
We continue embroidering in the same manner until we finish the row, now made with pink thread.
We continue embroidering. Remember that this stitch is done in an escalated manner.
