You youself can adapt this
format to your liking, increasing or decreasing the hours, in such a
way that they adjust to your own needs. What is important is that you
organize your day, and at the end of it you check how many hours work
you have done, analyze the number of activities you have done and then
equally distribute the more difficult tasks from the morning and
afternoon.
